This defines the harassment policy of Twin Mask LARP.
The most satisfying LARP environment is one in which players can engage in role-play and combat in a spirit of mutual trust and respect. Harassment is a form of discrimination that is offensive, impairs morale, undermines the integrity of relationships (both platonic and romantic), and causes serious harm to the group at large, as well as the stability of our game.
All players have a right to engage in an environment free from discrimination and harassing conduct, including sexual harassment. Harassment on the basis of a person's race, color, creed, ancestry, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, or membership in the military is expressly prohibited under this policy. These behaviors can manifest physically, verbally, and through Twin Mask related web activity or events such as, but not limited to, Twin Mask Facebook Groups, Twin Mask Chatzy, Twin Mask Forums, Twin Mask affiliated emails, weekend campers, day games, and Yule celebration. Twin Mask Staff and Advocacy will investigate abusive, derogatory, insulting or intentionally demeaning actions and language committed through any Twin Mask event or affiliated activity that is against our players, our Staff, or our Player/Logistical Advocates. Violations of our policy will not be tolerated.
Twin Mask Staff reserves the right to remove violating persons either temporarily or permanently. Violators will only be allowed back to Twin Mask events at the discretion of our Staff and Player Advocates.
